What areas do you service?
We currently serve the Tri-State area, the five boroughs of NYC, and select locations in Westchester County. If you are outside of these areas, please feel free to contact us to discuss travel arrangements.
How much do your balloon services cost?
At Party Dearest, we take pride in creating unique experiences for every event. Each balloon arrangement is custom-made for our clients, so prices may vary. Onsite installations start at $350, but we also offer cost-effective options like grab-and-go garlands.
What balloon products do you use?
We exclusively use professional-grade, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly latex balloons sourced from a variety of trusted wholesalers.
What if I need to cancel?
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, you may change your date up to two times.
What services do you offer?
We provide balloon decor for both personal and corporate occasions, including balloon walls, columns, garlands, and grab-and-go options. Additionally, we offer event decor services, including full table setups, and centerpieces.
I’m ready to book, what are the next steps?
Step 1: Fill out the order inquiry form.
Step 2: Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an invoice for the requested services.
Step 3: Pay your deposit to secure your date, or pay the invoice in full if your event is within two weeks of the invoice date.
Step 4: You’re all set! A follow-up call will be scheduled to confirm and finalize event details.
